2025 AZAIR Conference FAQ

Below are the most commonly asked questions regarding conference registration and attendance. If your question is not answered below, please contact marnie.girard@asu.edu.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Who can attend the conference?

Membership is open to any individual who conducts institutional research or related functions. It is also open to those individuals who are interested in institutional research.

What is the cost of the Conference registration?

Two-day event: Wednesday, June 25, 2025, and Thursday, June 26, 2025

• Early Registration Rate: $109.00 (Ends on May 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM)

• General Registration Rate: $119.00 (From May 16, 2025, at 12:00 AM to June 9, 2025, at 11:59 PM)

• Late Registration Rate: $129.00 (Begins on June 10, 2025, at 12:00 AM)

Registrations received after June 9, 2025 may have limited meal options due to catering deadlines. 

Are meals provided?

Yes. Meals included with registration:

• Day 1: Lunch

• Day 2: Breakfast and Lunch

How do I register for the conference?

Can I register a group of people from my office?

Yes! You can register multiple individuals in one transaction. All fees will be charged to the first registrant. Only one payment method can be used per group registration.

What are the Payment Options?

When finalizing registration, you will see three payment options.

1) QUIKPAY (for Credit Card payments)

To pay by credit card, select the QuikPay option. When you select the "Make Payment" link, you will be taken to  the QuikPay website to pay your fees.  Once the transaction is complete, you will be returned to your registration. 

2) CHECK

3) INVOICE (for Internal Transfers Only)

This option is limited to Arizona State University staff. Departments will be billed directly through Workday.

 Billing Company:   Arizona State University/YOUR DEPARTMENT NAME

 Billing Name:  Change to your Departmental Billing Contact

 PO #: Cost Center and Program (example: CC1234/PG01234)

What is the cancellation and transfer policy?

• Cancellations: Refunds are available through June 9, 2025. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after that date. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation notification.

• Transfers: Registrations may be transferred to another individual. Transfers must be completed by June 10, 2025.
  To request a transfer, please contact marnie.girard@asu.edu.

• No-shows: Registrants who do not attend and do not cancel in advance are not eligible for a refund.

Considering Alternative Lodging?

AzAIR has arranged a courtesy room block at the Sonesta Select Phoenix Camelback, located just 1.6 miles from the conference venue. Staying at the conference hotel makes it easier to connect with fellow attendees and simplifies your commute.

There’s no financial obligation to AzAIR for unused rooms, but booking within the block helps support future event planning.
